  • What age is this course designed for?

    This course is aimed for ages 12 to 65. It is recommended, though not required, that students between the ages of 12 and 17 complete the course with a parent or legal guardian.

  • When does the course start and finish?

    The exclusive first launch of this course will begin on Sunday, September 13th, 2020. It runs for 6 weeks with weekly live sessions led by Christina, each under about 60 minutes. Each session will be recorded for those who cannot make the live viewing.

Christina, the founder of Christina Anderson RDN, LLC, provides top quality evidence-based nutrition counseling to young gymnasts looking to optimize their performance and gain health. With a Masters degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Christina completed her Dietetic Internship at Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina. After receiving licensure and certification, Christina joined the University of Oklahoma Pediatric Endocrinology Clinic and GI Clinics in Tulsa, OK. There she worked with thousands of young clients (ages 0-22) and their families, taking care of athletes looking to optimize their performance or those living with chronic disease. Christina has completed research in type 1 diabetes, is a certified diabetes educator and clinical nutrition support specialist. 

She is a sought-after lecturer for all things sports nutrition, including USA Gymnast National and Regional Congresses the past several years and works with the USAG Wellness Committee made up of top health professionals in the field of gymnastics. Today she owns a virtual nutrition practice, Christina Anderson RDN, that high-level gymnasts (JO optionals, college-bound, elite) and their families.
